1. More like it’s all about the flavors! With every flip of a page you are in a different country, a different flavor profiles, it’s amazing!
2. If the flavors don’t convince you the mouth watering photography will! You will also get a scattering of photos of the five women that make up the MMCC, and their personalities. Just remember, none of the photos are scratch and sniff.
3. The recipes celebrates the wonderfully diverse global Jewish community, and the stories behind them. It’s not just about the food, it’s about the stories, passing down these cultural legacies so we can make sure to hold on to them. They say it best on their site “We want to continue to collect, test, curate, share and preserve those treasured recipes from the older generation for our generation, and from our generation for the future.”
